Fabulous Idea!
I was reading the comments left by "...And Sew On" on "A Good Yarn"'s blog about her Bunny Hill Designs "A Tisket, A Tasket, 12 Months Of Baskets" block (which is very, very cute!). She suggested that the block pattern would make a great embroidery stitchery!! I think that's a totally fabulous idea! In fact, I think it's so fabulous that I am going to do it! Then I'll get two quilts for the "price" of one- how fun! I just love reading all these other blogs. Everyone is so creative, and new ideas are posted daily, it seems!

Awwhh that is sweet Jennie to give me credit but I am thinking I may not be the only one to see all such blocks that way!;-)
ReplyDeleteYour block is so neat to use the batting. I use wool some to and did not think to use it on this one!I have a rabbit one I am using wool on though.

Lola's right it would make a fabulous stitchery. I was looking at all the other blocks on Flickr and they are wonderful. Everyone has added their personal touch and created such a wide variety of effects. There's lots of inspiration to be found.
